We are looking to recruit a local leader in India for our contractor team. Due to the time difference, it is not possible to provide real-time guidance on their work. The local leader will be responsible for helping contractors confirm work objectives and continuously improving their work skills and productivity. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Chinese to be able to communicate effectively with the Chinese team.
Other additional key responsibilities are listed below. Key Responsibilities: Test Plan Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans aligned with project goals. Use Case to Test Case Conversion: Ensure detailed test cases are developed from use cases for thorough coverage. Test Result Analysis: Analyze outcomes to identify defects and conduct root cause analysis for test escapes. Integration Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance integration efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Scrum Practice Implementation: Facilitate the adoption of Scrum methodologies using Azure Scrum Boards, with monthly reviews to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Support PM to coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders for IQE integration tasks. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning and process enhancement.
