Job Description :

Required -

Candidate must have sheet metal exposure

Sound knowledge of Welding technology, Hydraulic pneumatics

Must be able to read drawings and can do costing.

Must be a B.tech mechanical (Regular) post graduated is preferable

Experience- 9 to 11 yr with weld technology background

Core Responsibilities

New Product Development & ECN implementation, new parts generation for customer and business enhancement. Improvement in quality production, safety and material handling

Capex approvals, meetings with vendors, customer auditing and monitoring, process development & execution

CFT formation, concept designing, outsourcing decision (SOS), planning monitoring, arrangement, installation or execution, feedbacks and horizontal deployment

Material calculation making material purchase requisition monitoring work progress

Competency improvement, working as per IMS standards maintaining 5S & Safety
