Lead Data Scientist/Engineer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (10-20 yrs)

What You WILL DO :

- Research and integrate commercial AI log detectors/analyzers to identify and detect abnormal patterns in production logs.

- Learn and customize existing AI/ML models to fit our use case.

- Optimize and enhance models for improved performance and accuracy.

- Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into the development process.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in coding in one or more of the following languages: Python, Golang, C++, Java.

- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

- Experience with data preprocessing techniques and tools.

- Familiarity with big data technologies and tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Prefer:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Github Actions, CI/CD pipelines and tools.

- Contributions to open-source projects in the machine learning or software engineering community.
