3. Sourcing of CMO & CDMO activities across the Globe.

4. Develop and implement strategic plans for international business expansion, including market analysis, target identification & entry strategies.

5. Develop and negotiate commercial agreements with international clients.

6. Manage international pricing & revenue generation.

7. Develop & implement effective marketing & communication strategies for international clients.

8. Identify & implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.

9. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
