Position: SPA Team (Football, Basketball & Swimming Coach)

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate training sessions focused on skill development, fitness, and game strategy.
• Teach students the fundamentals, techniques, and advanced skills in football, basketball, or swimming.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized coaching when needed.
• Prepare teams for inter-school, state, and national-level competitions.
• Organize friendly matches, tournaments, and sports camps within and outside the school.
• Scout and nurture talented athletes for higher-level competitions.
• Ensure students engage in proper warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises.
• Educate students on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and sports nutrition.
• Coordinate with the schools medical team for injury management and first aid.
• Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to sports safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance of sports equipment, fields, courts, and swimming pools.
• Implement emergency protocols for water safety (for swimming coaches).
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities among students.
• Instill sports ethics, fair play, and respect for teammates and opponents.
• Encourage participation in extracurricular fitness and wellness activities.
• Work closely with other sports coaches, teachers, and school management to integrate sports into the curriculum.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and improvement areas.
• Assist in organizing sports day, fitness challenges, and other school events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching school teams for CBSE, IB, or Cambridge curricula.
• Strong network with local sports federations and clubs.
• Proven record of developing athletes for district, state, or national-level competitions.
