Job Description
- you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's ERP system
- You will work to ensure that the ERP system aligns with our business processes and goals, and that it continues to support the efficient operation of our company
- Key Responsibilities:ERP Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of the ERP system, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful rollout
- System Administration: Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ERP system to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the ERP system
- Develop data migration strategies and oversee data cleansing efforts
- User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system to perform their duties
- Customization: Work with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and customizations, and coordinate with developers to implement changes
- Security and Access Control: Establish and maintain user access controls, permissions, and data security protocols to protect sensitive information
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve ERP system issues, collaborating with IT and support teams as needed to minimize downtime and disruption
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize business processes to ensure that the ERP system is aligned with organizational goals
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures
- Reporting: Create and generate reports from the ERP system to assist management in making informed decisions
- Compliance: Ensure that the ERP system complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in ERP system management and implementation
