Job Description
- Suven Life Sciences Ltd is looking for Executive - QA: to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality System Management:Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality processes
- Quality Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality planning strategies
- Define quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve processes
- Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards applicable to the industry
- Ensure all quality processes and documentation adhere to regulatory requirements
- Quality Assurance Training:Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Document Control:Oversee the management and maintenance of quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Ensure document control procedures are followed consistently
- Supplier Quality Management:Collaborate with procurement and supplier teams to establish and maintain a robust supplier quality management program
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Quality Metrics and Reporting:Establish and track quality metrics to measure and report on the performance of quality processes
- Prepare regular reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Issue Resolution and CAPA:Lead investigations into quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances
- Implement and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans
