- Suven Life Sciences Ltd is looking for Chemist R&D: to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Experimental Design and Execution:Design and execute experiments to develop new products or enhance existing formulations
- Conduct chemical analyses using various techniques and instruments
- Formulation and Process Optimization:Work on the formulation of novel products, optimizing existing formulations, and developing scalable manufacturing processes
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and compliance standards
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and draw conclusions to guide research directions
- Contribute insights to project teams based on analytical findings
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed laboratory records, documenting experimental procedures, results, and observations
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and contribute to patent applications
- Collaboration with Teams:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs
- Communicate effectively and contribute to project planning and strategy
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and upgrades
- Literature Review and Continuous Learning:Conduct literature reviews to stay informed about advancements in relevant scientific fields
- Attend conferences and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Safety and Compliance:Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
