Minimum 3 years experience of working in the field of green building simulation and certifications on projects for #LEED #IGBC and #GRIHA

Job Description :
To work on varied scale and typology projects of green certification system.
Knowledge in the following is required-
- Essential expert knowledge of all ratings systems ie IGBC, GRIHA and LEED. Knowledge of WELL and EDGE is desirable.
- Very good knowledge and experience of building software simulation like eQuest/Design Builder/ Open Studio.
- Good communications skills and interaction with clients.
- Advance knowledge of AutoCad.
- Advance Knowledge of MEP systems and allied services.
- LEED AP/ IGBC AP/GRIHA CP is a must.
