Position: Product Manager
Experience: 2-5 years.
Location: Noida (Currently Hybrid Work Mode).

Role Overview:
- We are seeking dynamic and motivated Product Managers to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of product metrics anduser flows.
- They will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and driving exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product metrics and user flows.
- Create and refine wireframes to guide product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Analyze data to measure the success of product features and make data-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with customer care teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, etc.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
