Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and applications.

- Customize existing Odoo modules to meet specific client requirements.

- Integrate third-party applications with Odoo.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, business analysts, testers) to ensure project success.

- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.

- Strong understanding of Python programming language and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with Odoo framework, including its modules, APIs, and customization techniques.

- Knowledge of relational databases (e., PostgreSQL) and SQL.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Odoo certifications (optional)
