CNC Machine Operator

# Key Responsibilities :

* 12 hrs Duty time

1. Machine Operation: Safely operate CNC turning machines to perform various operations such as turning, facing, boring, and threading.

2. Program Loading: Load and edit CNC programs as required to ensure accurate production.

3. Tooling Management: Select, install, and maintain cutting tools to achieve optimal performance and minimize tool wear.

4. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure produced parts meet quality and dimensional standards.

5. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating the machine, to prevent downtime.

6. Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from the machine.

7. Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

# Secondary Responsibilities

1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities, quality, and any issues encountered.

2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues with the machine or production process.

3. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.

4. Training and Support: Assist in training new operators and provide support to colleagues as needed.
