Job Description:
- Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online programs, optimizing lead generation, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and agency partners.
- Location : Delhi
- Work Schedule : 6 days/week (5 days Work from office + 6th day Work from home)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute data driven campaigns to meet marketing objectives for all online courses.
- Collaborate with performance marketing team to deploy, optimise and scale performance marketing ads for multiple courses across Meta, Google & LinkedIn platforms.
- Leverage website inventories to execute banner, popups, and other campaigns for courses.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to plan, source and improve performance for all marketing campaigns and paid ads.
- Present weekly or monthly reports to stakeholders for campaigns across different programs.
- Capture feedback from sales and program management teams to improve performance of every marketing campaign.
CRM & CLM Activities:
- Built, Setup & Own the complete CRM-related activities. For Eg Hubspot.
- Manage complete lifecycle of a contact from transactional to nurturing to upsell for one single program and cross-selling across multiple programs.
- Setup and manage integrations between CRM, websites and other tools to reduce redundancies in the infrastructure and creating seamless communications for all users.
Process Improvements:
- Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team and ensure alignment within the department.
- Work closely with the program management team, tech team, inside sales and other internal stakeholders to align on messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
Reporting, Analytics & Operations:
- Design and provide insightful reports and dashboards to evaluate performance for all marketing campaigns.
- Create interactive dashboards for stakeholders to review marketing pathways and content performance.
- Establish and oversee key processes for CRM, performance marketing, customer success, telesales, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring seamless communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, developing insights and recommendations to optimise MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.
Professional Traits:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years in growth & marketing operations, in an edtech or educational startup.
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth and scaling engagement in a B2C setting.
- Strong background in Growth Marketing, Funnel Optimisation, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage a team, with experience overseeing a team of 3+ members.
- Experience in Retention, Running Multivariate Experiments, and User Research is a plus.
Technical & Analytical Proficiency:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other platforms.
- Experience in managing and optimising marketing tech stacks.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and optimization.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Fluent in communication with strong written and verbal skills.
- A collaborative spirit, with a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence:
- Strong operational and analytical background.
- Tech-savvy with a first-principles thinking approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
