Role Description :

Our client, a prominent healthcare startup is seeking an experienced and intellectually driven Design Manager to lead thier talented design team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of thier products, leveraging a strong background in design and a deep understanding of design concepts to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital products. They will have the proven ability to contribute effectively to both product delivery and website design.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the dynamic and talented creative team, guiding them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional design solutions.

- Develop visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media assets, brochures, flyers, presentations, and event collateral.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.

- Contribute and oversee the development and implementation of cohesive design strategies for digital products and websites.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in design vision and execution.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the design team.

- Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.

- Contribute to the evolution ofbrand's visual identity by staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the design process.

- Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements :

- Master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Information Design, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in design, with a minimum of 1 -2 years in a team leadership role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand, communication, and visual design, including web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user requirements into compelling design solutions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts with cross-functional teams

- Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse design team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
