Asst. Facility Manager - Technical

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Asst. Facility Manager Technical to oversee the maintenance, operations, and repairs of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility systems, managing budgets, and leading a team of maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure.

2. Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including utilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

4. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

6. Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.

7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

8. Energy Management: Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce energy consumption and costs.

9. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in EEE.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on technical operations and maintenance. Minimum 2 years as AFM Technical.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and MS Office

5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
