Roles and Responsibilities
1. Oversee the P&L of the business and ensure profitability and productivity across the space
2. Responsible for the PAN India Domestic Sales & Marketing, Tender Business, for the assigned product range in PPE category
3. Will Study and Develop strategies and implement effective plan of action to increase the sales and revenue of given Group/Profit center
4. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
5. Will identify the potential PAN India market/ Clients in India for tie-ups to increase the business of company
6. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business targets, while continuously exploring opportunities for improvement.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
8. Will analyze upcoming market trend, analysis of data to mitigate any potential risk
9. Coordinate with various departments: Production, Operations and other related departments for smooth flow of business
10. Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and market expansion.
11. Liaison with govt. and related departments, Distributors for the smooth functioning of work
12. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Clients, Byers and other stake holders to increase market reach and drive business growth
Education & Qualification:
1. 15 to 20yrs of experience as a Business Head/Sales Head/in a reputed organization from PPE product company
2. Should have worked as a profit center head, P&L Head, responsible profile of sales
3. Experience in PPE range, Workwear /Fall protection/ Safety Helmet or related industry will be an added advantage
4. MBA in Sales Marketing or related degree from a reputed institution
5. Excellent communication and Leadership quality
