Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience preferred.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in recruitment and staffing processes.
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
