Overview
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and promoting our products and services to clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new customers through various outreach methods.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the industry is an advantage.
  • Certifications in sales training or methodology is a plus.
