SharePoint Developer - PowerShell Scripts (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework, CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Create and customize SharePoint components such as lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, and custom applications.

- Develop and maintain PnP and PowerShell scripts for automation and configuration tasks.

- Lead and execute migration projects from SharePoint On-premises to SharePoint Online, utilizing various tools and techniques.

- Assess and analyze existing SharePoint environments to identify migration strategies and potential challenges.

- Plan and execute migration activities, including data migration, content migration, and configuration migration.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SharePoint architectures, features, and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain positive client satisfaction.

- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within budget and scope.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ years of overall work experience

- 4+ years of experience working in SharePoint

- 2+ years of experience developing in SharePoint

- Experience with PnP and PowerShell scripts

- Experience developing components using SharePoint Framework, CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architectures, features, and best practices

- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework, CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Experience with PnP and PowerShell scripting

- Knowledge of migration tools and techniques
