As a Sales Executive at Sun Share Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their energy requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability goals.
* Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and Sun Share Energy's products and services.
* Develop and present tailored proposals and quotations based on clients' specific needs and objectives.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and Sun Share Energy.
* Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate design specifications and feasibility of proposed solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline management, using CRM software.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
* Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies, including PV modules, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
