The iTwin Manager capability is the key component of Bentleys digital twin strategy, and you will be in charge of it as a product manager. The product enables Bentley users to build Digital Twins by combining data from various data sources that span the infrastructure lifecycle, from design to operation. You must have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the Infrastructure lifecycle. It is also beneficial if you have prior experience in creating infrastructure products.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the iTwin Manager product, aligning it with the business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with geographically scattered cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Work in an empowered team approach to market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify customer pain points, validate product assumptions, and measure product performance.
- Work with Engineering and UX to prioritize and manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes, balancing the trade-offs between scope, quality, and time-to-market.
- Define and track key metrics and success criteria for the product, and communicate the progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport and trust with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and engineers.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product management in enterprise software companies.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to define and prioritize user requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions and measure product performance.
- Familiarity with the enterprise software market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
