Job Title: Vice President : Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Technology to lead our dynamic technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI, ML, Web Development, and Data Warehousing, coupled with a proven track record of driving technological innovation and operational excellence. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can inspire and mentor our talented teams, ensuring we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients. This role will manage 50+ people globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
- Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of AI, ML, Web Development, and Data Warehousing.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology teams.
2. Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers, developers, and data scientists.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development of top-tier technology talent.
- Promote a culture of high performance and accountability within the technology department.
3. Product and Project Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Implement best practices for software development, data management, and system architecture.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all technology systems and infrastructure.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and technology upgrades.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on all technology-related matters.
- Engage with clients, partners, and industry leaders to build relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and in public forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, Web Development, and Data Warehousing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling technology teams.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, data management, and system architecture.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
