HR Manager
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR best practices, a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with organizational objectives and applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including employment law, labor standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Manage the HRIS system, maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to track and analyze key HR indicators, such as turnover, retention, and engagement.
- Advise management on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and training and development.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and ensure the organization remains compliant with any changes in laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects and initiatives.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
