MIS Executive

Responsibilties

System Development and Design:
Analyze business needs and user requirements to design and develop efficient IT systems.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and evaluate their suitability for the organization's needs.
Work collaboratively with various departments to understand their specific IT needs.
System Management and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing MIS systems.
Oversee the smooth operation of hardware and software infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Implement data backup and recovery procedures to ensure information security.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Generate reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for management.
Project Management:
Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
Monitor project progress and address any emerging issues proactively.
Security and Risk Management:
Implement and maintain data security measures to protect the organization's information assets.
Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Skills required :- Pivot table, MIS operations, conditional formatting, formulas, Advanced Excel, V-lookup , H-lookup, If ,Count-if etc.

Education :- HSC or Graduate
