We are looking for BDM - Backend Operations in Bengaluru. The candidate should have strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience in creating A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote a companys products or services. They play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand consumer preferences.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building.
Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to promote the companys products or services.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on marketing activities to senior management.
Event Management: Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a knack for developing creative strategies to engage customers and drive business growthpurchase orders, and daily MIS reporting. Effective communication skills and knowledge of any South regional language are a plus.
