Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading QA teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in the QA process.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Experience in architecting quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams.
• Worked extensively in XML files like corporate data model, succession data model, country specific succession data models for meeting the business requirements.
• Foundation objects like legal entity, location, division, department and MDF objects.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and incorporate quality assurance into the development process.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including both manual and automated testing, to validate system functionality and performance.
• Oversee the identification and documentation of software defects, ensuring timely and effective communication with development teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Conduct regular team training sessions to keep the QA team updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators for QA processes.

Requirements: -

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Extensive experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
