Job Description :

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Director to join our growing startup. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our product and driving our ongoing international success. This position requires strategic thinking, execution of our product vision, accelerated user growth, and a strong passion for user experiences. You would lead the team and work with stakeholders to scale the platform internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision :

- Responsible for defining and promoting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a game streaming platform. Additionally, conduct market research, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership.

Execution & Development :

- Lead product lifecycle, collaborate with teams, manage backlog, and track KPIs to ensure seamless execution, balance demands, and identify improvement areas.

User-Centric Approach :

- Understanding international user needs, motivations, and cultural differences; leading user research, and advocating for the user throughout the product development process.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Responsible for effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Additionally, you need to collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies.

Innovation :

- Drive product innovation by identifying emerging trends, exploring new technologies, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Masters in Business Administration - optional.

- 8 plus years of product management experience, deep understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to launch large-scale user-facing features.

- Experience working on B2C products/ technologies, especially in the fields of gaming, media and entertainment.

- Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interaction, as well as the capacity to collaborate effectively across cultural boundaries.

- You should have demonstrated your ability to work with a data-driven decision-making mindset and understand localization processes and best practices

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends with strong technical abilities

- Experience in community building and managing online communities is a plus, as community is crucial for game streaming platforms-it's a plus.

- Experience in defining monetization strategies and a good understanding of game streaming monetization models (subscriptions, microtransactions, and advertising)-it's a plus.
