Role & responsibilities
DEPUTY MANAGER - LOAN AGAINST GOLD
- Managing customers relationship, handling customers queries and providing support in gold loan
- Identify new business prospects by visiting potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions and generating Leads and converting into gold loans
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan products, including interest rates, tenures, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals
