1. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new market segments, business opportunities and threats.
- Analyse industry and market data to understand competitive activities and customer needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Stedaxiss services globally.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
2. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve companys goals and drive revenue growth.
- Set sales targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve web visibility, search rankings and organic traffic.
- Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behaviour and key metrics and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
3. Sales and Lead Generation
- Develop targeted lead generation campaigns for all services and products to bring in new clients.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, sales data, and automate email follow-ups.
- Pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
4. Product and Service development
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify market gaps and assist in the development of new products and services.
- Contribute to product launch strategies, ensuring successful promotion and market positioning
- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather client feedback for improvements.
- Research competitors and ensure that Stedaxis services and products are competitive and well-positioned.
5. Copywriting and content creation
- Write compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and website blogs.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyse key performance metrics for sales, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline performance and campaign effectiveness.
Use data from Google Analytics and CRM systems to recommend improvements in marketing and sales strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales and product development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in product development, sales and marketing and analytics tools.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of technology, electronics, AI and Machine Learning is highly desirable.
