Job Description
We need a Project Head who Coordinates all of the workers and materials involved in a solar installation, managing time and budgets, and coordinating between site engineers, system designers, and installers in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Techno-Commercial
- EPC
- Engineering/project management
- Strategy and Development
- Project cost management
- Leadership
- To manage overall execution and project management of Solar PV projects in Roof-Top & Ground Mounted segment.
- Lead a team of managers and supervisors in the day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute Project, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects
- Handling and taking complete ownership of multiple projects Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system
- Complies with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors at all project sites
- Ensure Risk Assessment processes and HSE plans are properly applied within each project team and Ensure HSE data and reporting requirements are complied with on each project.
- Contractor Management for Site execution- Expert in the review, negotiation, approval, and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Develops various construction means and methods with the Superintendent and/or Project Manager to optimize safety, cost, equipment utilization, schedule efficiency, and communication with the client
- Ensure all construction targets and programs are met and take corrective actions to ensure that the project milestones are achieved.
- Contribute to strategic planning to execution team.
- Ensuring on-time completion of Projects Co-ordination with various stakeholders (Both internal and external) for on-time delivery of Projects
- Co-ordination with Liasoning department for timely completion of Metering activities and other Govt.
Desired Candidate Profile
Executing Small to Large scale MW ground-based and rooftop projects across the country.
