Roles and Responsibilities

To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.

Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.

Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous:.

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.

Appointing the required staff as per business requirements, verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks, Managing HR team of the organization, reviewing HR policies of the organisation and application. You will be responsible to screen candidates, assess their skills and guide them through the onboarding process.

The Candidate should be having sound knowledge of Statutory compliances, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisitions, Employee engagement and full employment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of best HR practices.
• Conduct relevant training across the multiple departments
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Result oriented in operation functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR. Related experience of minimum 6 months.
• Candidates From Pune Region Will Be Preferred
• Must have good Knowledge of Computers & MS-Office
