Starkenn is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. We are on a mission to make driving safer and more autonomous, leveraging deep learning, sensor fusion, and real-time data processing.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our ADAS and AI-driven automotive solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business development, to define and deliver innovative products that enhance vehicle safety and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product roadmap for ADAS and AI-driven automotive solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and differentiate our products.

- AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure the seamless integration of advanced perception algorithms, sensor fusion, and predictive analytics into the ADAS suite.

- Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and end users to gather insights, validate features, and optimize usability.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements.

- Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure products adhere to automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASIL, Euro NCAP) and evolving regulations.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define launch strategies, pricing models, and value propositions in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

- Agile Execution: Drive agile development methodologies, managing product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience: 8+ years in product management, with at least 3+ years in ADAS, autonomous driving, or AI-driven automotive solutions.

- Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, sensor fusion, and real-time automotive systems.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to make product decisions based on data insights, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ADAS technology stack, including LIDAR, RADAR, cameras, and V2X communication.

- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
