We seek a dynamic B2B Marketing Lead with a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to position [Stark.ai/Kong.ai] as a leader in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target key segments.
- Product Marketing: Lead product marketing initiatives, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for [Stark.ai/Kong.ai].
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation programs to drive high-quality leads through various channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and customer needs.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the tech industry, preferably SaaS.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
