Job Title :Senior Java Developer. Company :Stanra Tech Solutions. Location :Remote. Contract Duration :6 Months. Work Timing :8 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift, IST). Compensation :Competitive and aligned with industry standards. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a remote position with night shift timings, requiring a professional with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities. Develop and maintain high-quality backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

Design and implement scalable and reliable ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.

Build and manage messaging systems using Kafka for real-time data processing.

Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions to ensure high system uptime.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement modern development approaches.

Key Skills And Requirements. Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.

In-depth knowledge of Kafka, including stream processing and real-time event handling.

Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize code.
