Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with compassion and responsiveness.
✔ Assist anesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
✔ Be well-versed in surgical procedures, OT equipment, and pre/post-operative management.
✔ Ensure proper stock management, timely indenting, and availability of consumables & sutures.
✔ Follow infection control policies, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety guidelines.
✔ Maintain accurate patient records, medication administration, and documentation.
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care delivery.
✔ Adhere to hospital policies, quality management systems, and patient safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

✅ Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
✅ Registration: Must have a valid State Nursing Council registration
✅ Experience: 0 to 10 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)
✅ Preferred Industry: Healthcare/Hospitals
✅ Departments Hiring: Wards, Oncology, OT, ICU, Chemo, Emergency
