Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our team at Stackgenie in Trivandrum. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, analyzing web analytics, and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze web traffic data and user behavior using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Develop and implement SEM strategies to improve online visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in keyword research and SEM tools
- Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with WordPress development is a plus
