Tenant Manager

Sandeep Shikre & Associates - A leading Architectural, Interior Design and Project Management Consultancy firm with 300+ strong team is looking for Tenant Manager for one of their Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project at various locations in Mumbai.

1. Act as a bridge between client and stakeholders : Facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment between the clients expectations and stakeholder's deliverables.
2. Set up and streamline the tenant management process: Develop, implement, and monitor processes for all tenant-related activities, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
3. Support authority in setting up processes: Assist the authority in establishing procedures for tenant relocation, grievance handling, and welfare activities.
4. Verify and validate documentation: Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the process, including tenant agreements, relocation plans, and other relevant documents.
5. Coordination with all stakeholders: Ensure smooth collaboration with all stakeholders, local authorities, government agencies, and the project team. Schedule meetings for critical points, facilitate discussions, and maintain records of meeting minutes.
6. Liaise with government and legal entities: Work with local authorities, legal teams, and government agencies to ensure all tenant management activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Track and report progress: Monitor the progress of tenant-related activities, maintain records, and provide regular updates to the client and PMC team.
8. Risk management: Identify potential risks in tenant management activities and create mitigation plans to address them proactively.
9. Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate discussions with tenants, community leaders, and other stakeholders to maintain trust and ensure smooth operations.
10. Correspondence management: Handle all correspondence with tenants, stakeholders, and authorities, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation of communications.
