Key Responsibilities: Job Description (Senior Sales Executive)

SVM Experience Center - Company Owned Showroom


Customer Engagement: Greet and engage showroom visitors, offering guidance on products and services. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations for SVMs bikes and scooters.

Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bikes and scooters and related accessories. Drive showroom sales through direct interaction with customers, building relationships to ensure repeat business.

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Maintain in-depth knowledge of SVMs products, including features, specifications, and benefits. Conduct test rides and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the advantages of electric motorcycles.

Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Follow up with prospects to close sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Ensure excellent after-sales support, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist with documentation, registration, and delivery of purchased motorcycles. Provide information about warranty services and periodic maintenance.

Showroom Presentation & Inventory Management: Maintain showroom aesthetics, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner as per branding guidelines. Coordinate with the showroom team to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.

Brand Representation: Be a passionate advocate for SVMs brand and its core values. Represent the company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset, maintaining the companys high standards for integrity and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to the Showroom Manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Share insights and recommendations to improve showroom operations and customer experience.

Must have Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in showroom or retail sales, preferably in the automotive, two-wheeler, or electric vehicle industry. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

Passion for Sustainable Mobility: Strong enthusiasm for sustainable energy solutions and electric vehicles. Knowledge of the electric motorcycle market is an advantage.

Customer-Centric Attitude: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions with a focus on satisfaction.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Comfortable with negotiating and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Collaborative approach with a strong focus on the companys vision and values.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset. Presentable appearance with a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
