Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.
Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with team, finance and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.
Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
Employee Onboarding and Training: Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations: Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
