- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain next-generation web applications with a focus on efficiency, reusability, and scalability.

- Architect Complex Applications: Create application architectures that handle complex use cases while ensuring simplicity and maintainability of the codebase.

- Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for performance and can scale to meet user demands.

- Code and Design Reviews: Engage in regular code and design reviews to foster a robust development process and ensure high-quality outputs.

- Rapid Feature Implementation: Quickly develop and implement new features, as well as address and resolve bugs in a timely manner.

- User Feedback Integration: Understand and incorporate user feedback to improve the design and functionality of the website/mobile application.

- Mentor Junior Engineers: Guide and mentor junior engineers in best practices for design, coding, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the UI technology stack.

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in React Native and mobile development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Ember, etc.

- Browser and Network Knowledge: In-depth understanding of browser internals and network stack, along with common design patterns used in front-end projects.

- Authentication and Authorization: Familiarity with cookie-based session authentication and authorization.

- Engineering Practices: Good understanding of engineering practices including deployments, release management, etc.

- Computer Science Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Scalable Web Applications: Experience in building scalable web applications, especially in the e-commerce or startup sectors.

- Mobile Development: Experience with Android or iOS development.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest UI technologies and actively contribute to the open-source community.
