DevSecOps Engineer - Security Tools (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to seamlessly integrate security best practices into the SDLC.

- Develop and maintain automated security testing pipelines to identify and address vulnerabilities early in the development process.

- Implement and manage security tools within the DevOps workflow, ensuring continuous security monitoring and compliance.

- Provide expert guidance on secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.

- Monitor production environments for security threats and proactively respond to security incidents.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest DevSecOps trends and best practices, advocating for their adoption within the organization.

- Foster a culture of security awareness and collaboration across development, operations, and security teams.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development or a related field.

- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologies.

- In-depth knowledge of security best practices, including secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and incident response.

- Experience with automated security testing tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies (i.e., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
