Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Splash, a leading fashion retail brand. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-volume data analysis from sectors such as gaming, loyalty programs, or other high-data-intensity environments and will adapt these skills to optimize performance in the retail sector. The role will involve extracting actionable insights, supporting data-driven decisions, and driving growth across multiple touchpoints, including customer engagement, sales performance etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that improve decision-making in retail operations, customer experience, and loyalty programs.
- Develop and optimize data models to support business intelligence across retail, customer behavior, and trend analysis.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, finance) to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends, customer preferences, and market movements in the retail fashion space.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the performance of the loyalty program, increase customer retention, and drive sales.
- Report on customer segmentation and profiling, leveraging high-volume data to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through efficient data collection, cleaning, and validation processes.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in gaming, loyalty programs, and high-volume data sectors, to implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume data analysis from sectors such as gaming, loyalty programs, or retail (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis languages.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with retail analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a simple and clear manner.
- Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with fashion retail and understanding of customer behavior in the retail industry is highly desirable.
