Position: Telemetry & Automation Product Owner

This role is within the Infrastructure and Cloud - Networks Products & Services of a Global major FinTech Company.

The Telemetry and Automation Product Owner will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of telemetry systems and automation tools used across the organization. This role will focus on driving the development, enhancement, and integration of telemetry solutions that monitor system health, performance, and security, as well as automation processes that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and technical areas such as cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and automation platforms.

Skillset:

1. Experience in product management, specifically in the areas of telemetry, monitoring, or automation.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical products, preferably in software development, IT operations, or cloud infrastructure environments.

3. Experience working with modern telemetry tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, etc.) and automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.

7. Experience with data-driven decision making and performance metrics.

8. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and competing priorities.

9. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

10. Knowledge of microservices architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
