Key Responsibilities:
• Arranging and managing transport requirements.
• Managing ad-hoc requests and backup planning.
• Streamlining disaster management and emergency situations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs and publish regularly scheduled reports.
• Should have knowledge of Dashboards, automation process, and Catering to reporting requirements from Operations and other teams.
• Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and validation of various data (Data management).
• Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
• Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.
• Coordination with Dispatch, Recovery, Purchase, and Finance Department.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Maintain various trackers and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Order office supplies.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports in coordination with finance.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Address transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, and regulatory compliance, in a timely manner.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
