Vendor Manager

Key Responsibilities

Vendor selection and onboarding, Identifying and selecting the best vendors to meet the organizations needs, and ensuring that they are properly onboarded.
Developing and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with
vendors to enhance the customer experience, and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that they deliver quality goods and services.
Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with multiple vendors to ensure that they meet the organizations requirements and are legally binding,
Monitoring vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations
Collecting and analyzing vendor data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.
Managing the vendor team and ensuring that they are meeting their objectives.
