Sparrow Smart Solutions is an EdTech start-up, focused to improve automation effective management of Administrative, Academic, and Financial activities operations of Schools, Colleges, and Educational Institutions. Our prodigy Sparrow Campus is an efficient, powerful, and affordable Institute management system, available on the web, android and iOS platforms for Admins, Teachers, Students, Parents.
We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You should be well-versed in front-end and back-end development, theme and plugin customization, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create custom themes and plugins as per project requirements.
- Ensure website performance, speed, and security optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to enhance website functionality.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Strong experience with WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and security.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
