We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Data Analyst to join our Pricing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and a
passion for understanding pricing dynamics. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies that optimize revenue and
profitability.
B. Job Accountabilities

1. Pricing Systems Management:
• Oversee and manage pricing systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement processes for data integration and validation.
• Provide technical support and training to users of pricing systems.
2. Pricing Agreement Systems Management:
• Maintain and update pricing agreement systems to reflect current pricing policies and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to establish pricing agreement management practices
3. Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to pricing, demand, and competitor behavior.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights into pricing practices and industry benchmarks.

4. Pricing Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze the impact of price changes on revenue, profit, and market share.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing promotions and discounts.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Create comprehensive pricing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor pricing strategy
effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights to inform pricing decision-making.
• Data Management and Visualization:
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
6. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in pricing optimization software or tools.
• Knowledge of specific industry pricing dynamics (e.g., manufacturing, technology).
• Experience managing pricing systems and tools.
• Familiarity with contract management software.
7. Continually innovate your end-to-end pricing processes in order to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8. Create new product pricing, maintain pricing master list and manage product EOL (End of Life) processes.

Position Description
II. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Indicate what is required versus what is considered preferred)
1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business
Analytics, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

3. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

4. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of pricing theory and practices is a must have.
