Sitecore Headless Freelancer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sitecore Headless Developer to lead and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications using Sitecore's Headless CMS. As the Sitecore Headless Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that leverage the power of Sitecore in a headless or decoupled fashion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, Sitecore, and headless architecture.

Responsibilities:

Headless Architecture:

Design and implement scalable and modular solutions using Sitecore's Headless CMS.
Develop API-driven architectures for delivering content to various channels and devices.
Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.
Sitecore Integration:

Work closely with frontend developers to integrate Sitecore Headless with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Implement and optimize GraphQL or RESTful APIs for content delivery.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate business logic and data services.
Content Modeling and Strategy:

Collaborate with content strategists and digital marketers to define content models.
Implement and manage content structures in Sitecore Headless CMS.
Ensure a seamless content authoring and publishing process.
Customization and Extension:

Customize and extend Sitecore Headless functionality based on project requirements.
Implement custom modules, components, and integrations as needed.
Stay informed about the latest Sitecore updates and best practices.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of Sitecore Headless implementations.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address issues.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Create and maintain technical documentation for Sitecore Headless implementations.
Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.
Provide training and support for team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in web development and Sitecore CMS.
Strong understanding of headless architecture and decoupled CMS concepts.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern frontend frameworks.
Knowledge of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and other web service protocols.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Location- WFH & Ahmedabad

Preferred Skills:

Sitecore certification(s) related to development and architecture.
Experience with other headless CMS platforms.
Knowledge of serverless computing and cloud-based services.
