- Each role will require its own sourcing strategy, so it s up to you to get creative with marketing content, including postings, email campaigns, and flyers!
- Being a job board and sourcing tool wizard as you leverage these platforms to post approved requisitions, identify and attract talent, and build your pipeline
- Developing research skills using Boolean searches and leveraging relevant media and communication channels
- Utilizing data and metrics to evaluate current initiatives, strategies, pipelines, tools, technologies, job boards, etc. and identify, recommend, and develop best practices
- Daily interaction with your recruiting team as well as hiring managers and candidates
