Enterprise Integration Technical Lead - Sentinel EMS
The Enterprise Integration Technical Lead will manage s existing Sentinel EMS implementation, including diagnosing issues with the current implementation as well as advising how new operating companies can use the system to manage their subscription products. The Enterprise Integration Technical Lead should be able to work with operating company representatives to gather requirements and communicate design and support details. s Sentinel EMS system is connected to other systems, like ERPs and Aria Systems, via Boomi; this role requires designing and managing those connections, as well.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Have complete understanding of the Sentinel EMS implementation and be closely involved in validating implementation outcomes
- Design the solution approach, propose alternatives, and document pros and cons to facilitate architectural decisions
- Research API end points and analyze data requirements for the integration solutions
- Prepare detailed functional and design documents required for integration development
- Analyze the solution approach to identify potential bottlenecks and formulate options for performance optimization
- Identify relevant integration patterns and document optimal integration protocols and interfaces to meet the SLAs
- Attend client sessions, get necessary clarifications, and document key technical decisions
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to realize the enterprise vision for the future
- Stay current with Sentinel EMS development progress and features
Qualifications:
- Direct experience working with Sentinel EMS required
- Experience writing technical design documentation required
- Experience working with middleware systems, like Dell Boomi, preferred
- Experience tracking all work in a ticketing system, like Jira
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
